Terms & Conditions

1. This Prize Draw is run by Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (“Steel & Tube”).
2. Entry is open to all Steel & Tube trade account holders and cash sale customers who are New Zealand residents. For trade accounts, the prize will be awarded to the registered business entity/account holder, or their authorized, nominated representative.
3. The promotion begins on 1 July 2026 (12:00 AM NZST) and finishes on 30 September 2026 (11:59 PM NZST) (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Promotion is open to all customers who spend a minimum of $100 (excluding GST) on products under the Fortress Fastener category in a single transaction during the Promotion Period. Purchases can be made online via the Steel & Tube webshop, instore at a Steel & Tube trade shop or through a Steel & Tube account manager.
5. Customers receive one (1) entry per qualifying transaction. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion that Steel & Tube may be running concurrently.
6. A total of five (5) prizes is available to be won, each consisting of a Steel & Tube Fire Pit (“Prize”), valued at $200.
7. To ensure a fair distribution, prizes are allocated by region based on the customer’s primary billing or account address (or the region of the trade shop where the purchase was made for cash sale customers):
   
   • North Island: Three (3) prizes available.
   • South Island: Two (2) prizes available.
     
8. The five (5) prize winners ("Prize Winners") will be drawn at random ("Prize Draw") from all eligible entries on 7 October 2026.
9. To be eligible to claim a Prize, any Prize Winner who holds a Steel & Tube trade account must ensure their account is within standard payment terms and not in default at the time of the draw and prize delivery.
10. Prize Winners will be notified by telephone and email on the draw date. Steel & Tube will deliver the Prize to a valid New Zealand address provided by the Prize Winner, or the Prize Winner can arrange to collect it from the Steel & Tube branch in Tauranga.
11. If Steel & Tube is unable to contact a Prize Winner after reasonable attempts within seven (7) working days of the draw, if a delivery address is outside New Zealand, if a winner is found to be ineligible, or if a winner declines the Prize, that entry will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted to select a new Prize Winner.
12. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner agrees that Steel & Tube may use their name and photograph for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.
13. In no situation does the acceptance of the Prize create any new ongoing obligations between the Prize Winner and Steel & Tube, notwithstanding any obligations pre-existing between the parties.
14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steel & Tube’s total aggregate liability to the Prize Winner in respect of any claim arising out of these terms or otherwise in connection with the performance of these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the value of the Prize.
