Mystery Break Competition Terms & Conditions

1.    This competition is run by Steel & Tube Holdings Limited and all its associated subsidiaries (“Steel & Tube”).

2.    The prize draw will run from 08:00 am (NZST) on 15 December 2022 to 11:59 pm on 28 February 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

3.    The Promotion Period will be held across all Steel & Tube regions. For the avoidance of doubt Steel & Tube Region shall be defined as, South Island, Lower North Island, Central North Island & North Regions. 

4.    The prize will be one Air New Zealand Deluxe Mystery weekend break for 2 people (Prize). The Prize shall be comprised of:  
-    Return flights with Air New Zealand; and
-    Accommodation at a 4 – 4.5 star Accor Hotel,
-    Breakfast included,
-    Avis rental car for the full duration of your stay
 
5.    Entry is open to all Trade account holders on standard payment terms. A minimum spend with Steel & Tube of $1,000 during the Promotion Period shall automatically receive entry into the draw. This promotion is not open to Merchant, Reseller accounts and S&T account managers representing customers on the Webshop (Eligible Entries). 

6.    All Eligible Entries must be over 21 years of age.

7.    In order to be eligible to receive the Prize the account holders must not be in default for any payment to Steel & Tube at the time of the Prize draw.

8.    The Prize will be drawn at random from all Eligible Entries on the 6th March 2023.  If the winner that is drawn is not eligible for the Prize or is unable to accept the Prize under these terms and conditions, further draws will be conducted until a suitable winner is found.

9.    The eligible winner per region will be notified by telephone and email within a reasonable time period after the winner is drawn. The Winner’s names will also be posted on Steel & Tube’s social media channels and Steel & Tube’s website.

10.    The Prize will be delivered in person or online to the winner once the eligible winner’s location and delivery instructions is determined. 

11.    In the event that Steel & Tube fails to contact the eligible winner after reasonable attempts within 7 working days, the Prize will be redrawn, and a new eligible winner will be chosen. 

12.    By accepting the Prize, the eligible winner agrees that Steel & Tube may use their photos or names for strict and reasonable promotional purposes, subject to all related and associated Statutes.

13.    All Bookings and registrations required for the claiming of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the eligible winner. 

14.    All booking and registrations in relation to the Prize must be organised before 30th June 2022. 

15.    The responsibility of reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions imposed by any third party in relation to the Prize, shall be the sole responsibility of the eligible winner. 

16.    In no situation does the acceptance of the Prize create any new ongoing obligations between the eligible winner and Steel & Tube, notwithstanding any obligations Pre-existing between the eligible winner and Steel & Tube.  
  
17.    To the fullest extent permitted by law Steel & Tube’s total aggregate liability to the eligible winner in respect of any claim arising out of these terms or otherwise in connection with the performance of these terms, whether in contract, tort, (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the value of the Prize.

18.    To the fullest extent permitted by law Steel & Tube shall not be liable to the eligible winner for any claims whether indirect or direct in contract, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise in connection with any use or any actions in direct or indirect connection with the Prize once presented to the eligible winner.

19.    The Prize is not eligible for cash and cannot be transferred or used by anyone but the eligible winner. 

20.    Steel & Tube shall have the right to cancel or postpone the awarding of the Prize at any time for any events beyond its control (i.e. acts of Force Majeure). 

21.    Any insurance requirements in relation to the Prize is the sole responsibility of the eligible winner, including any costs associated with this cover. 

22.    For the avoidance of doubt the eligible winner shall be solely liable for any and all damages that it incurs in relation to the Prize.

Any and all costs incurred by the eligible winner which falls outside of the Prize definition shall be paid by the Prize winner accordingly.
